Obsessed woman, 21, spends £22,000 and her ENTIRE student loan on Disney memorabilia… and her boyfriend is banning her from future splurges
Beth Louise Carr is so obsessed with Disney she's been to resorts all over the world nine times
A 21-YEAR-OLD woman has splashed out a whopping £22,000 on Disney memorabilia - and her boyfriend is so worried about her obsession he's BANNED her from UK stores.
Beth Louise Carr has thousands of toys and spends all her spare cash on trips to Disneyland, visiting different resorts nine times.
She spent her entire student loan on her hobby and transformed a room in her house into a shrine.
Although her boyfriend Lee has gone on the trips with her, he's now worried her love of Disney is spiralling out of control.
"I now have thousands of Disney toys all over the house and own five Disney outfits, with a wardrobe filled with Disney inspired t-shirts and accessories," she explained.
"I have filled the kitchen cupboards with Disney mugs, glasses, vases and cutlery.
"I love nothing more than watching a Disney film
"I created my fairy-tale room after realising I didn't have enough space for all my possessions.
"I add to my collection every year, buying up to three stuffed Disney toys at once and now it's huge, I think it would be worth thousands.
"Because I kept going to Disney stores every week and spending loads each time, my boyfriend, Lee, has now banned me from all UK stores.
"I don't take him too seriously though and I know deep down he fully understands how much I love it.
"He wanted an Xbox room or a gym room in our spare room but when I asked him where all of my Disney stuff would go, he agreed that I needed a special place for it all."

Beth's love of Disney started when she watched Beauty and the Beast as a toddler.
It became a way for her to escape life and she's loved it ever since, visiting the resorts in California and Orlando and going to Paris seven times.
She's travelling to Orlando again in November, with Lee going too.
Although Beth's friends think she's "crazy" the fine art student has no intention of toning things down and even wants to have a career involving Disney.
"I always wanted to be a Disney sketch artist and that's what got me into art in the first place," she said.
"I currently have a temporary art placement where I create crafts at a theatre in Sunderland.
"I love to create Disney art; I have completed many self negotiated fairy-tale themed projects at university where I frequently study the art created by the Walt Disney Company. I work at Nando's part-time alongside university so I have extra money to fund my love of Disney."
Beth's pets are named after Disney characters - her cat's called Ariel - and she regularly dresses as characters for costume parties. She also has some rare bits in her collection, although she'd never dream of selling them.
"Me and my boyfriend have gone as Rapunzel and Flynn Rider on a Disney themed university night out," she said.
"I can't help how much I love Disney, I'm just drawn to all their merchandise whenever I'm at the shops, I can't see my collection getting any smaller, when I see something I like, I just buy it."
