Two DNA tests reveal her son is not her ex’s but Jeremy Kyle guest insists ‘I never slept with anyone else’
Mum denies cheating on her ex-husband 24 years ago despite double DNA results that tell a different story
JEREMY Kyle fans are used to guests claiming the lie detector results are wrong – but never TWO separate DNA tests.
But stubborn mum-of-two Geraldine was brought onto the show by 24-year-old son Grant who had questions over who his real dad was.
She flew in the face of medical evidence when she insisted she had not slept with anyone - despite both tests confirming her ex-husband David was not Grant’s father.
The tearful lad told Jeremy Kyle his “dad” had recently told him he was not his real father.
He had already paid £140 for a private DNA test which showed David was not his dad – but she accused her ex of sabotaging the results.
But David messaged the show to say: “Grant’s mother is in denial.”
And Grant told Jezza: “Mum said ‘DNA can change in the womb’ and ‘Drugs can change your DNA’.
He added: “Not that I take drugs but who at my age hasn’t tried marijuana once or twice.”
But he said the issue of his paternity was coming between him and his mum - and there was a comic moment when he said he wanted to know about his "conchievesham".
But he burst into tears as he said: “I used to think I could tell my mum anything but in the past two weeks I don’t feel like I can any more.”
Jeremy quickly came up with the lie detector results which once again proved that Geraldine’s ex was not Grant’s dad.
But Geraldine merely looked baffled and kept saying, “I don’t know. I haven’t slept with anyone else.”
Jeremy raged: “I’m sorry darling but you must have slept with someone else!”
He added: “This poor boy – you are lying to your son. You had to have sex with someone else or he would be your son.”
But Geraldine insisted: “I’m telling you to the best of my knowledge, I never slept with anyone.”
Distraught Grant said: “Obviously you have, but you can’t remember it.”

Eventually she admitted there had been rumours about a friend of her ex but she swore she had not slept with him.
Jeremy concluded: “In 20 minutes you’ve gone from it definitely didn’t sleep with someone else to I might have done and it might have been one of David’s mate.
“You were obviously drunk or at a stage in your life when you forgot.”
Jeremy offered to do another DNA test if they could track down the man in question.
