How much is Pippa Middleton’s ring worth? Plus everything else you need to know about the engagement
Beaming Pippa was snapped looking delighted at her big news, as she flaunted her impressive new piece of jewellery

RECENTLY Engaged Pippa Middleton was spotted today wearing her engagement ring for the first time since partner James Matthews made the proposal.
Beaming Pippa, 32, was snapped looking delighted at her big news, as she flaunted her impressive new piece of jewellery.
With a wedding looming for the Duchess of Cambridge's glamorous younger sister, we run down everything you need to know about the high-profile engagement.
Who is James Matthews?
Hedge Fund manager James is the older brother of former Made in Chelsea star Spencer Matthews.
The 40-year-old, who is a serious sports enthusiast, comes from a wealthy family, and was educated at Eton - where Will and Harry went to school.
Despite this, James likes to see himself as a self-made man, having amassed his large fortune himself through managing his hedge funds and building an impressive property portfolio.
What's the ring like?
James proposed with the hefty octagonal diamond ring over the weekend, although Pippa only showed off her newest jewellery for the first time today.
The engagement ring comes with a central 4 carat Asscher-cut diamond stone, and a price tag to rival sister Kate's own luxury ring.
With an estimated cost of £200,000, the pricey ring also boasts a halo flawless diamonds around the centre, although it's unclear who exactly designed it.
How long have the pair been together?
The pair have only been dating for less than a year, and the Daily Mail reported that James' proposal took Pippa "by surprise".
Rumours of her romance with James first started circulating last September when she was spotted at his home in Chelsea.
But Pippa and James have been inseparable ever since, celebrating New Year’s Eve at St Barts, where James’ parents own a hotel, called Eden Rock.
When will the wedding be?
Pippa will marry James at some point in 2017, although it's obviously too soon for the pair to have settled on a date.
But according to The Mail, Pippa said "yes" to the big question almost immediately, suggesting she's clearly eager to tie the knot and make it all official.
