A woman has paid the ultimate price of beauty with this terrifying eyelash curler fail

A Reddit user has shared the horrifying moment she sneezed and accidentally ripped out almost all her lashes out

A WOMAN was left horrified after she sneezed while using eyelash curlers and ended up accidentally ripping almost all of her lashes out.

The user, who goes by the name Aub3912, shared her shocking experience on the social site leaving other users cringing at just the thought of it.

Eyelash curlers fairly are a scary looking contraption, especially as you have to put them so close to your eyes, but they're always found in every makeup fan's bag.

But after seeing this beauty fail and the true danger of eyelash curlers many people may reconsider using them.

Aub3912 uploaded the painful looking photos on Imgur with the caption: "I really thought I ripped my eyelid in half".

And it wasn't long until other users commented on the images of her non-existent eyelashes, with one worried user writing: "My deepest fear."

While another had a similar experience: "My sister gave me a hug when I was curling my eyelashes and bumped my arm hard enough to rip my eyelashes out. It's painful in the moment."

Someone else had a sympathetic view saying: "You poor baby. Use castor oil or a lash growth serum to help them grow back. In the immediate... you can wear falsies."

Thankfully it isn't all doom and gloom for Aub3912 because, contrary to popular belief, eyelashes do grow back and they only take around two months to return to normal.
