Christie Brinkley reveals secret to looking sensational at 62… she has Botox in her NECK
The supermodel spilled the beans on how the procedure helps her stay looking youthful
CHRISTIE Brinkley has given away one of her secrets to looking sexy as hell at 62 - she had Botox injections in her neck.
The supermodel says the unusual procedure has helped her turn back time and lessen lines below her chin.
Speaking to magazine, she confessed: "As you approach 60, women start to notice the neck especially in taller women I think, you can start to see these bands, vertical bands, and those can be tamed and tightened by injections of Botox into those bands."
She added the procedure didn't hurt, despite sounding "terrible" and said one of the bonuses to the treatment was that it stayed put at the injection site.
However despite admitting to having Botox in her neck, she says she avoids it in the more popular areas where it is used, including her forehead and around her eyes.
Christie revealed she had a bad experience, and it put her off: "I thought well let me give it a shot, literally, and I did and my left eyebrow dropped.
"It flat lined.
"It was like my arch was gone, and I hated it."

It proved a problem as her face is essentially her fortune - she added she couldn't risk having the procedure again, but didn't want to put anyone else off by her experience.
She said: "I think that dermatology has come a long way and that there's so many great things that they can do to make you look as good as you feel, and I don’t have a problem with Botox and fillers."
