‘So many smells, and none of them pleasant’: People reveal online what it’s REALLY like to take part in an ORGY

Would you dare to try group sex after reading these confessions?

ORGIES

A SAUCY online thread reveals what it’s really like to be involved in an orgy.

Reddit users certainly weren’t shy when it came to sharing their swinging experiences.

From being crushed under a tangle of bodies to being able to smell sex in the air, here are five of the most intimate revelations…

1. It can be uncomfortable

A number of different commenters admitted that when they first tried swinging, they quickly discovered that their fantasies didn’t quite play out like they imagined.

One of the main gripes was that group sex took quite a toll on their bodies, and that the conditions can be pretty gruesome.

A Reddit user said: “One thing I've always felt that makes sex less enjoyable than it could be is that people are HEAVY! Arms fall asleep, cramps in leg, etc.”

Another added: “Not too many positions are achievable when you've got 10+ people piled together and there's no planned coordination… So many different smells-none of them pleasant and they get stronger as the orgy continues.”

2. You can’t be fussy

The revealing thread raised another challenge of having a liberal sex life... that you’re not always attracted to the people you get intimate with.

One commenter joked that people don’t wear masks for anonymity, but more to obscure their less than desirable faces.

Another confessed: “Many participants(male & female) are average to below average.”

3. Same sex loving

Just how swingers tend not to be picky with appearance, some group sex fanatics revealed that you have to be comfortable with seeing both men and women naked.

An orgy regular said: “Body parts get very close to your face and many times they're attached to the gender that you don't want to get very close to.”

In brutally honest fashion, another remarked: “At the end you're covered in the bodily fluids of both sexes and you're trying to not slip on used condoms.”

4. You must protect against STIs

5

One of the biggest talking points of the thread was sexually transmitted diseases.

Dozens of internet users took to the thread to admit they were interested in having a group sex session, but worried about catching an STI.

A Reddit user was on hand to offer a warning, advising others to take along your own condoms so “you know they haven’t been messed with”.

Others assured that they’d be swinging for years without catching any STIs.

5. Dealing with jealousy

Surprisingly, many group sex regulars admitted that people that participate in orgies don’t always want to keep it casual.

Some couples revealed that niggling doubts crept into their relationship since they started sleeping with other people.

An orgy regular claimed that although they have “very little jealousy, it does strike sometimes”.

Their advice was always to be open and honest and to cut ties with any new sexual partners that get a little bit too close.
