Watch incredible footage of a baby crawling out of his mum’s womb by himself after docs perform C-section

AN AMAZING birthing video which shows a baby crawling out of its mother’s womb, completely unaided, during a cesarean section has gone viral.

The ‘beautiful’ moment was shared on Facebook by the mum’s friend Sophie Messager.

After the new-born child’s impressive achievement, the doctors followed his mum’s wishes and allowed his umbilical cord to stop pulsating before cutting it.

The film lasts three minutes, and ends with the glowing mother proudly holding her baby boy.

, doctors and medical professionals can be heard saying: ‘Awwww, look at him’ and ‘here he is, he’s coming now’, as the baby makes it great escape.

The tearful mum exclaims ‘oh my gosh’, as her new-born son is placed into her arms.

As she shared the video, Sophie wrote: “A friend had the most gorgeous gentle cesarean yesterday – it was quite a journey because her local hospital refused to entertain any of her wishes.

“So she had to move to another hospital where she found the most supportive consultant, who not only agreed to support all her wishes but filmed the birth to use it to educate other health pros.

“I especially loved watching the baby walking himself out of the womb.

“The mum also told me that someone stood holding a mirror for her and that the anaesthetist lifted her shoulders so she could see better.

“They also waited until the cord had finished pulsating before clamping it.

“For me this really shows how it isn’t how the baby is born but how the people present respect wishes and demonstrate support and kindness that makes a beautiful birth.

“The mother has kindly agreed for me to share the video so other women can have such a beautiful experience too.”

The video has now been viewed 1 million times, and shared by more than 14,400 people.
