As Binky Felstead flaunts her trim bod at a fashion launch, her co-stars super-slim frames revealed
Lucy Watson, Stephanie Pratt and Tiffany Watson have showcased noticeably slender physiques in recent months
THEY'RE famed for their model-like looks, designer wardrobes and enviable bikini bodies.
But the Made In Chelsea girls have all shed a noticeable amount of weight since they first appeared on the hit reality show.
Binky Felstead turned heads last week as she flaunted her super-trim frame in a daringly low-cut maxi dress.
The 26-year-old has made no secret of the fact she’s overhauled her diet and become a gym bunny in order to achieve her toned physique.
And she’s not the only one – Lucy Watson, Stephanie Pratt and Tiffany Watson have all displayed slender figures in recent months.
BINKY FELSTEAD
Binky decided to get slinky after ex-boyfriend Alex Mytton cruelly called her a “whale” in 2014.
The brunette banished her wobbly bits and slimmed down to a tiny size eight by completely overhauling her lifestyle.
“I don’t do crash diets, or juicing, I don’t believe in that kind of stuff,” she told MailOnline.
“I just think healthy eating and regular exercise keeps you happy on the inside and outside.”
Binky starts the day with a homemade protein shake and fruit, followed by fish with salad for lunch and chicken with green vegetables for dinner.
Snacks include blueberries, protein balls and popcorn.
The TV personality admits she still “likes going out and having the occasional drink” but has curbed her binge habits.
The Sloane Ranger hits the gym with her trainer Tyrone Brennand, doing a mix of high-intensity cardio, incline sprints on the treadmill and core work.
She told the Daily Star that she struggles to look at old pictures of herself.
“Looking back at the old shows, I think I looked awful and overweight,” she said.
“My face was really puffy and my hair was greasy. I think I had lost touch with my appearance a bit.”
Binky ignores online trolls who call her “too skinny or too fat” saying: “The people who are close to me are the one’s whose comments I listen to the most, and the one’s who I don’t know... I don’t really care if they’re being nasty.”
LUCY WATSON
Lucy recently hit back after being called a “skeleton” by Geordie Shore star Marnie Simpson.
The 26-year-old Chelsea resident took to Twitter and wrote: “Girls think it's out of order for someone to call them fat then go around publicly calling another girl a skeleton #StopBodyShaming.”
The tanned brunette says she’s not “too thin” and has slammed claims she has “an eating disorder”.
Lucy credits her petite figure to her vegan diet and gym sessions.
Speaking to MailOnline last year, she revealed: “I have such a hectic schedule, and it is often last minute, but I try and redline time at least three times a week.
"It's a great stress reliever too.”
Lucy, who cites Jessica Alba as her body role model, stays in shape by dancing, playing tennis and horse riding.
She works out with personal trainer Ashton Turner and does a variety of moves such as walking lunges, press-ups, reverse crunches and seated twists.
STEPHANIE PRATT
Stephanie says keeping her body in shape require a lot of hard work.
The 30-year-old blonde told Look Magazine: “It’s true it’s 75 per cent diet and 25 per cent workout, so I try and work out four to five times a week just to keep my metabolism up.”
The Los Angeles-based babe recently flaunted her size zero bod while on holiday with Made In Chelsea pal Lucy.
Steph, who drinks 12 glasses of water a day, eats vegetables every day but cuts out fruit because of the sugar.
She told MailOnline: “If I eat a lot of protein I don’t feel hunger. Protein is the key. I’m smart about what I eat.”
Spencer Matthews’ ex, who has battled with an eating disorder in the past, said growing up in California influenced her healthy lifestyle.
“It's so weird, like when you're driving everyone is running alongside, the gyms is packed during the day, the freeways are packed. I don't think anyone works there,” she said.
“Everyone is a model or an actor there so they just spend all their time working out.”
TIFFANY WATSON
Lucy Watson’s younger sister Tiffany has also been displaying a slimmer figure of late.
The 22-year-old hits the gym four times a week, doing 20-minutes of high-intensity exercises each time.
“Working out makes me feel fantastic - it's amazing how much better you feel after a good workout,” she told MailOnline.
“Sometimes there's nothing better you can do to feel happier than work up a bit of a sweat.
“Like most people, I sometimes dread a session before it begins, but it's so worth it once it begins.”
Tiffany, who is dating co-star Sam Thompson, fuels her workout sessions with a diet high in fish, vegetables and wholegrains.
“There's no point putting myself through all that training if I don't see any progress because I am eating badly,” she said.
Tiffany told Closer magazine that she never misses breakfast, drinks a glass of water the minute she wakes up and has pasta as a “real treat”.
