How to make this giant Rolo cake at home

Whether it's for friends, kids, or just as a treat to yourself, this is a great treat

The only thing better than a Rolo cake is a giant Rolo cake, obvs.

It’ll suit any occasion and is super delicious.

INGREDIENTS:

1 x Packet of cake mix

1 x Cup of caramel

1 x Bar of good quality cooking chocolate

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Spray some oil inside a medium-sized plant pot before adding in baking parchment.

  2. Pour in the cake mix and bake following the instructions on the rear of the packet.

  3. Once finished, remove the cake from the plant pot and slice it in half.
  4. Using a cookie cutter, cut a circle out of the middle, leaving the removed piece of cake to one side.

  5. Remove more of the cake with a spoon.

  6. Pour the caramel into the hole and replace the circle of cake on top.

  7. Piece the cake back together before pouring over the melted chocolate.

  8. Leaving it to partly set before using a shot glass and a larger glass to make the iconic Rolo pattern on top.
