Comic book fan planning to sue creators of Suicide Squad over “false advertising”
Threatening to file suit after 'wasting his money' to watch movie which had Jared Leto's character on screen for 15 minutes
A COMIC book fan is threatening to sue the creators of Suicide Squad because he says there weren't enough scenes in the movie with the Joker.
The grinning villain who was played by Jared Leto, was a main feature in the trailer for the film.
But when it came to the movie, which has been widely panned, he was only on screen for 15 minutes in the two hour and ten minute long flick.
is planning to get his own revenge on Warner Bros and DC comics, saying he is looking at filing a lawsuit for “unjust false advertising.”
He said on the site: “I drove 300 miles to London to go watch these specific scenes they had explicitly advertised in their TV ads and they didn’t show them to me.
“I wasted a lot of money paying and travelling to go watch this movie because of these specific scenes they had advertised… All lies."
The jilted Joker fan said he was going to file the lawsuit with the assistance of his lawyer brother.
Fuming he posted: “I told the theatre about this unjust act and said, ‘I didn’t get what I came here to see, can I have my money back?’
