Many people will whack on their PJs before climbing into bed, but it might be time to change that habit because sleeping starkers comes with a number of benefits.

Wearing clothes in bed can encourage yeast and bacteria to grow and cause infections. By ditching your underwear you allow your body to breathe and keep clean.
2. It keeps your skin looking youthful
If your skin gets too hot it can disrupt the release of your anti-ageing hormones - melatonin and growth hormones.
Because your growth hormones are released when your body temperature is lower, it's better to sleep without clothes so you can cool off.
