From stylish Crocs to fruity clothing, we reveal five of the wildest trends from London Fashion Week
Deputy fashion editor Gabriele Dirvanauskas unveils hot new trends from London Fashion Week
A HOST of creative and quirky new looks were unveiled at London Fashion Week.
Crocs made it on to the catwalk for the first time thanks to Scottish designer Christopher Kane, model Cara Delevingne pushed the Gothic trend for Burberry with a black pen line down her chest and accessory designer Charlotte Olympia got fruity with fashion.
As the style showcase leaves town, Sun deputy fashion editor Gabriele Dirvanauskas reveals five lessons we learned.
Cara's stripy
BURBERRY is the only show Cara Delevingne, 24, showed up to this season - and the model-turned-actress made sure she stood out.
She wore a Gothic outfit from the designer, with a black line drawn through the centre of her chest up to her chin.
Going back to slimming black will not be a problem for us, but carrying off that pen line might be a bit trickier.
Crocs are on trend
WE never thought we would see the day that Crocs would get a run out at London Fashion Week.
Until this week, wearing the clumpy, rubber shoes had been seen as a serious fashion faux pas.
The man responsible for now making them hip is Scottish designer Christopher Kane, who teamed up with the footwear brand and has embellished the shoes with colourful gemstones.
He said: "I love that they are slightly awkward and might be perceived by some as 'ugly'".
Over at Anya Hinmarch, the shoes were fluffier but with a quirky twist.
At her show, the designer showed off her furry slippers topped with fried eggs and matching bag charms.

Coats Cam back
BACK to Burberry, where military-style cavalry jackets were the showstoppers.
The coats have recently had a revival on telly in ITV drama Victoria with Rufus Sewell sporting one as Lord Melbourne.
But at almost £5,000 for Burberry's black and white one, you will need deep pockets.
Now she's out of No 10, Samantha Cameron is showing herself to be the fashionista we always suspected she was.
She sat on the front row at the Burberry show next to retail guru Natalie Massenet, who wore the £3,495 version of the jacket.
80's hair again
FIRST Netflix hit series Stranger Things made the Eighties cool again and now Topshop and Unique has joined in the decade's revival.
And it was not subtle about its homage to the decade of synth pop and mullet hairdos.
The show's models were styled with side-swept, crimped hair and oversized safety pin earrings.
Thankfully, there was no sign of leg warmers.
The collection was peppered with zebra print and bright fuchsia.
Most of the catwalk pieces are available to buy now.
Fruit is in season
ACCESSORIES designer Charlotte Olympia gave us a taste of her new collection by staging a fruity cabaret-style show.
Models dressed as pineapples, strawberries and watermelons wore platform sandals as they sashayed down the catwalk.
Legendary Brazilian singer Carmen Miranda was the inspiration behind the show, with shoes and handbags all given the tropical treatment.
