Here are the best hidden features on the iOS 10 iPhone update: From magnifying text to multiple browsing tabs

LAST month, Apple fans rejoiced at the news that they could swtich-up their mobile operating systems to iOS 10.
The new update can be applied to the iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch and Apple has described iOS 10 as its “biggest iOS release ever”.
New features, such as deleting default apps and sending handwritten messages, have gone down a storm.
Last month, we outlined a run-down of the most exciting new iOS 10 additions, but did you know there are some hidden features that may surprise even the biggest tech geeks?
From multiple search tabs to magnifying text, here are some impressive features you probably have never noticed…
1. More tabs when browsing
Finally! iPhone fans no longer have to open multiple windows on Safari when searching the internet.
First, rotate your phone horizontally and tap the tabs button in the top right of your device.
A new search box will then appear in top left of your phone, where you’re able to search for another topic.
When you have typed in the keywords of your choice, you can open the new tab by tapping the screen.
2. You can enlarge text
Struggling to read on your phone? This iOS 10 update allows users to zoom in on difficult-to-see images or words.
All Apple users have to do is to open up their settings, select General and then head to Accessibility.
You will then have the option to enable or disable the Magnify feature.
To use the zoom, tap your home button three times to bring up the Magnify option.
Then simply slide your fingers to get closer or further away from the text as you please.

There are three quick steps to activate the feature:
- Open up your clock
- Select the Stopwatch

4. Prioritise apps for download
A common iPhone gripe is that you can’t choose which apps to download first when updating your phone.
This may mean that you end up waiting ages to open up a feature that you’re itching to use.
To prioritise which apps are ready first, tap and hold down the app icon.
Selecting the Prioritise Download option will then put it to the front of the queue.
