How to dress like the stars for Breast Cancer Awareness month
Update your autumn wardrobe while doing your bit for charity
AUTUMN is officially here – and this month shops are painting the town pink to raise money for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
They will be donating cash from the sales of special limited-edition products.
And former Towie star Sam Faiers is doing her bit for the cause by promoting Asda’s charity range, which is called Tickled Pink. Sam rocked an £8 “Never let anyone dull your sparkle” T-shirt.
It is part of the George at Asda collection, from which the supermarket chain will donate £1 for every item sold to charities Breast Cancer Care and Breast Cancer Now.
To help you make a difference the next time you shop, here are some of the month’s best pink purchases.
Down with the kids
MODEL and blogger Julia Restoin Roitfeld has created an adorable 30-piece children’s collection for River Island.
Girlswear features lace dresses and silk blouses while boyswear takes a more traditional approach with cable knit jumpers and cord trousers.
Mum-of-one Julia, below, has taken inspiration from her Parisian roots and her famous fashion family.
Her dad Christian Restoin created the Equipment clothing line while mum Carine Roitfeld is the former Editor-in-Chief of Vogue Paris.
The collection for newborn to five-year-olds is available in selected stores and online from mid-October, priced £10 to £45.
