Worst boss ever?

Beer company chief makes his female employees stand in a line and KISS him on the lips every morning

A JAW-DROPPING video has captured the bizarre daily routine of a beer company boss who forces his female employees to stand in a line and kiss him on the lips every morning.

The scandalous film, which has been viewed millions of times on China’s Twitter-like microblogging site Sina Weibo, was filmed during one of the sessions, which are held every weekday between 9:00am and 9:30am.

The unnamed firm is apparently a brewery based in the Chinese capital Beijing, and the unidentified boss takes what he calls "team-building exercises" very seriously in order to create the unorthodox company culture.

However, for some reason or the other, only his female employees take part in the kissing ritual, which involves a firm peck on the lips - sometimes even two - while queuing in the office-like space.

The make-up of the beer company is believed to be more than 50 per cent women, but it is unclear how willing the employees are to actually take part.

The participants appear timid and awkward and two women have reportedly resigned from the business.

The boss, however, can be seen in the video standing with his hands behind his back, puckering his lips and launching himself at the women.

After the controversial content was released, thousands of social media users have spoken out about workplace abuse and sexism in China.

The debate over whether this constitutes sexual harassment has also been raging, as many seem to believe the women are willingly participating in the ritual.

Others, however, have pointed out that further details will be required in order to uncover the whole truth and determine the employer has threatened the women with the sack should they not cooperate.
