Meet the woman who puts venomous spiders on her FACE… and has called one of her creepy pets Cuddles

MANY people can't stand the thought of a spider being in the same house of them, so having one crawl across their face is unthinkable.

Not so for Lisa van Kula Donovan though, who calls deadly spiders her passion.

Lisa lives in Brisbane, Australia, and at the moment she shares her home with five of the creepy critters... as well as with her kids.

One of the spiders is a Golden Orb, which has venom which is similar to that of the infamous black widow spider.

Luckily, it's not as deadly and isn't lethal to humans.

"Mr Cuddles is her boyfriend who I saved from my friend’s house before she sprayed it for insects and spiders. Hopefully they’ll have babies soon."

Parker is named after Spiderman, also known as Peter Parker, because he always makes a bid for freedom when Lisa tries to hold him.

"Flip just came to me, but she’s the chilliest one I have and will just sit on my arm," Lisa added.

The mum was born in America but moved to Oz eight years ago, and that's when her spider obsession took hold.

She's also into insects, and has a whole room for them at her home.

Charlotte has a cage in there too, and there's a massive web that Lisa chucks crickets into her for her eat.

All the other spiders live in their own cages, where they eat things like cockroaches and crickets.

None of them have bitten her either, although she has been nipped by a wild huntsman spider in the past.
