WELCOME the winter in style with yet more new shows kicking off on the box this week.

Get ready for your second helping of Ordinary Lies and SAS Who Dares Wins, plus Catherine Tate and How I Met Your Mother star Cobie Smulders sit down on Graham’s sofa and Ralph Fiennes takes up the concierge position in our film pick of the week, The Grand Budapest Hotel.

The army hunks are back for another series, as chief instructor Ant and his elite team return to put 25 new hopefuls through SAS recruitment tests.

This time the boys are taken deep into the Amazon rainforest for a unique version of the jungle phase of selection.

Expect blood, sweat and tears – and don’t forget Ant’s rippling biceps.

Another new series – we do treat you!

The workplace drama has returned with an all-new cast, including Matt Di Angelo, Angela Griffin and Noel Sullivan (yes, that Noel).

This time the storyline follows the lives of a group of colleagues at a sports sales company call centre and warehouse. 

Joe, played by Con O'Neill, is the life and soul of the office, but his cheery demeanour takes a hit when his wife Belinda starts acting suspiciously.

Worried she might be having an affair, he makes the desperate decision to install CCTV cameras around his house.

Because that’s always a good idea…
