When does Harrods Christmas Grotto 2016 open and can I still get tickets?

THE Harrods Christmas Grotto is a fun festive activity for all the family and the perfect way to kick off your winter - so when does it open and are there still tickets available?

Taking your children to a magical Santa's Grotto will be a memory they'll cherish forever - and will help bring alive the festive period - here's what you need to know.

When does Harrods Christmas Grotto 2016 open?

This year, the Harrods Christmas Grotto will be open for ticket holders from Friday 6 November to Thursday 24 December 2016.

The magical festive venue will be open Monday to Saturday from 10am to 8.30pm and from 11.30am to 5.30pm on Sundays.

And for people with tickets on Thursday December 24 (Christmas Eve) the department's Grotto will be open from 10am to 3.30pm.

If you have a question to ask the Customer Loyalty team, their telephone lines will be open from 9am to 9pm Monday to Sunday and between 11am and 6.00pm on Sundays.

How can I get tickets?

Unfortunately, tickets for the Harrods Christmas Grotto 2016 have already sold out but if you want tickets for next year, you can register today.

Simply click on the site's Christmas Grotto page and , you will then be asked to register for your Harrods Account and fill in the details.

There is a booking fee of £10 for each child (aged 3 to 17 years) and there is a minimum booking fee of £10 for the event.

But, when you attend the event, your booking fee will be refunded onto your Harrods Rewards card and you will be able to spend this during your visit at the Christmas Grotto (excluding the photography).

You will have until the end of December to spend this fee, however, if you don't attend your booking, the sum of your fee will not be returned.
