As Twitter announce they are axing Vine – here are the most hilarious six second clips from the app

TWITTER announced today that their video app Vine will be shutting up shop.

Over the past four years the app has been the source of many a humorous moments, with short video clips of six seconds being played continuously on a loop.

Twitter have not offered any explanation as to why they will no longer be running the video streaming service.

But there’s no need for avid Viners to fret, the website will remain live so that all existing videos can be viewed.
