Kris Jenner’s younger sister has a five-hour facelift to look just like the reality star
Well, they say imitation is the highest form of flattery
THEY are the most glamorous family in the world but there’s one member of the Kardashian clan you’ve probably never heard of.
Now Karen Houghton has been thrust into the limelight after undergoing an extensive five-hour facelift in order to look like her famous older sister, Kris Jenner.
Revealing why she decided to go under the knife, Karen said: “Certain angles of my face were just not what I wanted. No one wants a double chin.”
In the programme, Karen visits surgeon Dr Ben Talei who recommends she has an Auralyft - the “most extensive” facelift a woman can get.
He describes a procedure to “bring the entire face and neck up together”, transfer the fat from underneath her eyes to her cheeks and to elevate her cheekbones.
Karen admits feeling pressured to looking as age-defying as Kris: “Of course the Kardashians, everyone wants to look beautiful.”
The procedure only requires a local anaesthetic and she is able to communicate with the surgical team throughout.
A tight-fitting bandage is applied afterwards to reduce the swelling around her face.
She looks bruised but happy, joking: “This is how you look after a facelift.”
Three weeks after the surgery, Karen unveils her new face - and looks the spitting image of Kris.
“It’s me! Don’t I look different?” she says. “I look like my beautiful sister Kris and I never thought I would.”
Meanwhile, Kris has been open about getting cosmetic surgery, admitting to both a boob job and a facelift.
