Christmas 2016 drinks menus and prices at Starbucks, Costa Coffee, Caffe Nero and Pret A Manger

NOW that temperatures are dropping your favourite coffee shops have unveiled their new festive flavoured drinks - so warm yourself with these tasty treats.

Starbucks, Costa, Pret A Manger and Caffe Nero have all released their highly-anticipated Christmas drinks menus - here's everything you need to know.

Starbucks

Key festive flavours have been incorporated into the new menu, including toffee, gingerbread, eggnog and fudge.

Medium-sized drinks are priced from £3.55 – here are some of the most eye-catching options:

Toffee Nut Latte

The warming winter drink combines the flavours of toffee with toasted nuts, and is blended with smooth espresso steamed milk.

Gingerbread Latte

Customers with a sweet tooth may opt for this drink, where Christmassy spices have been incorporated into the mix.

Iced Eggnog Latte

If the cold never bothered you anyway, you could opt for an iced drink during the festive period. This one is topped with ground nutmeg, has a deep rich flavour that is bound to get you into the Christmas spirit.

Toasted Marshmallow Hot Chocolate, £3.55

This Costa Hot Chocolate has a dribble of toasted marshmallow syrup and it's topped with freshly whipped cream and glittery mini marshmallows.

Mint Hot Chocolate, £3.55

Mint fans this winter warmer is made for you, the Costa Hot Chocolate has a drop of mint syrup, topped with whipped cream and has an elf-sized candy cane hooked onto the side of the cup.

Salted Caramel Cappuccino, £3.05

This frothy coffee has a dribble of salted caramel syrup and has a sprinkle of glistening golden salted caramel fudge crumb.

Gingerbread Latte, £3.50

This warming creamy latte has a dash of gingerbread syrup, topped with a squirt of whipped cream, sparkly golden stars and Costa's signature Gingerbread Man.

Lindt Hot Chocolate one size £2.95

Costa and Lindt have teamed up to create this cup of chocolately comfort and it's only available exclusively in store this Christmas.

Honeycomb Latte £3.50

This smooth latte has a splash of honeycomb syrup, it's topped with freshly whipped cream and crunchy chocolate coated pieces of honeycomb.

Black Forest Hot Chocolate, £3.55

This chocolatey delight includes a dash of Black Forest syrup, topped with freshly whipped cream, a squirt of chocolate sauce and a real cherry on top.

Pret A Manager

Pret A Manger has launched its hotly anticipated Christmas menu and a rather special festive-themed drink has been added:

Mint Hot Chocolate, £2.75

An indulgent treat just for Christmas, this is Pret’s organic hot chocolate with a shot of mint and an optional topping of whipped cream.

Caffe Nero

As well as a selection of festive feasts on the Caffe Nero food menu, the coffee chain has a introduced a series of modifications to their standard hot drinks to give your tea break a Yuletide twist.

So get into the Christmas spirit and add these festive flavours to either a latte or hot chocolate, top it off with whipped cream and marshmallows and indulge yourself.

Praline flavour

If you fancy a smooth, rich, and nutty flavour add a touch of praline to your festive drink and finish it with cream and a swirl of caramel.

Amaretto

If you fancy a sweet and ever so slightly bitter amaretto and this almond flavour is folded into smooth milk, with a finish of cream.

Spiced Orange

If you fancy a fragrant orange flavour dashed through your festive drink add the spiced orange topped with a dusting of warm cinnamon and chocolate sprinkles.

Tiramisu

If you fancy a taste of traditional Italian dessert add the tiramisu flavour and add chocolate for a smooth and sweet finish.

Salted Caramel

If you fancy a caramel flavour with a touch of salt and a velvet undercurrent to your beverage add the salted caramel syrup, it comes topped with cream and a flourish of caramel sauce.
