It's annoying when your item sells out, but funny when the store gets the substitution SO wrong
NOT having to traipse around a supermarket to pick up your weekly shop because you can order it online is a modern marvel.
It's all just so easy and convenient... until that product you were looking forward to is substituted because it’s out of stock.
We might not have to accept the supermarket's swaps, but we usually trust they'll get it right. Not so - sometimes it goes hilariously wrong, as these people show.
