‘Exhibitionist’ mum is accused of ‘incest’ for sharing videos of her breastfeeding her three-year-old son with millions of YouTube fans
Tasha Maile has been heavily criticised for a string of videos uploaded to her YouTube channel which feature her breastfeeding her sons in tandem
A MUM who posts videos of her breastfeeding her two young sons has defended her choice to share clips of her nursing to millions of viewers online.
Tasha Maile, from San Diego, has been heavily criticised for a string of videos uploaded to her YouTube channel which feature her breastfeeding her sons in tandem.
However, Tasha, who is pregnant with her third child, has hit back at the critics, saying that she feels "sorry" for people who judge her.
Videos include a clip in which she stops during the middle of a workout to breastfeed her boys, Josiah, three, and Soul, two, writing in the footage: “Us mothers do what we have to do.”
Some of Tasha’s videos have been viewed tens of millions of times - and they continue to spark debate.
Tasha has constantly defended her videos, saying: “What other people say is 100 per cent to do with them and not with you.
“I listen to them [critics] and don't do things too perfectly any more. I feel compassion for them.”
However, one mum viewing the video deemed the footage “incestuous”, writing: “I find this video very disturbing.
“She wants viewers to believe this is a natural mother and child bonding while breastfeeding.
“However from the start this doesn’t appear to be natural but incestuous.
“Breastfeeding is a natural, beautiful extension of the mother and child bonding.
“However this woman’s exhibitionism certainly takes away from the wonderful bonding between mother and child."
And she wasn’t the only viewer to take a negative stance on the social media videos.
Elisha Himli wrote: “Breastfeed all ya want. Do it wherever ya want. Sitting next to me in a restaurant...I don't care. But posting pictures on social media? Sorry... going too far.”

Danielle Lee added that the videos take things too far, saying: “This isn't just about woman breastfeeding. People have taken it way too far.
“I breastfed my kids and didn't need to put it out there for the world to see. And I'm sorry her kids are too old to be still feeding this way and she deserves the criticism she gets.”
However, Tasha does have some supporters amongst the throngs of critics.
Madeleine Ellisman wrote: “That's what I've always told my kids. Cow’s milk IS for calves and breastmilk is for humans!
“And good for her for nursing her kids till she and they are ready to wean. Her kids will be super healthy as will she.”
