Sherlock wraps up, Gemma Collins gives up sugar and First Dates opens a B&B, here’s what’s on TV this week

From Michelle Keegan in Tina & Bobby, to Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis getting it on, this week's TV is not to be missed

IT’S cold, dark and quite frankly pretty depressing outside but don’t fret, because there is a week of great shows on your telly box!

Get ready for a brand new ITV series following the life of England legend Bobby Moore, plus First Dates have moved into a hotel and BBC1’s Sherlock comes to a climatic end.

MONDAY

Maitre-d Fred and his team of matchmakers are back, and this time they’re opening a hotel for all you singletons.

This week they welcome electrician Eddie, who turns into a sweaty wreck when he talks to women (sexy), as well as 81 year old Sheila who is determined to find love.

Will sparks be flying? We hope so!

Seven celebs are subjected to a diet free from sugar, refined carbs, processed fats and cheap meat, as well as being put to work on a farm to earn all the healthy food they are allowed to eat.

Taking part this season are ex MP Ann Widdecombe, Stavros Flately and TOWIE’s Gemma Collins – so expect plenty of tears and tantrums.

A brand new eye-opening series which captures the day to day realities that face the NHS.

In the first episode, two patients await life-saving surgery at St Mary's Hospital in Paddington - both need to be in the intensive care ward, but the hospital is at full capacity and there is only one bed remaining.

If you enjoyed David Attenborough’s Planet Earth, then you’ll love this new documentary series which sees spy cameras camouflaged as various animals to film up close and personal.

Spy Pup is immersed in wild dog life, while Spy Penguin records the turbulent action of mating season with a pebble thief on the loose.

There's also a Spy Crocodile, Spy Tortoise and a Spy Bushbaby!

Another new series for you lucky lot!

This drama follows England and West Ham star Bobby Moore’s life with his childhood sweetheart, Tina Dean, as they rise to the dizzying heights of superstardom.

In the opening episode 19-year-old insurance office typist Tina agrees to marry Bobby, little knowing that their marriage will be defined by history as Bobby becomes England Football captain aged just 23.

Plus it stars our fave TV star Michelle Keegan alongside Lorne MacFadyen.

If you’ve given up braving the cold on Saturday nights, then snuggle up and watch this cracker of a rom com.

An art director joins the staff of a magazine and is soon sleeping with the recruiter who hired him - oops.

Both are determined to avoid a relationship and remain simply friends with benefits but, unsurprisingly, it ends up being more difficult than they first thought.

With incredible chemistry between Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis (plus a couple of topless scenes from the former) it’ll rock your world.
