Jemma Lucy ditches the skimpy dresses for an understated look in new celebrity makeover show

Selfie lover and Ex On The Beach star Jemma Lucy gets a dramatic new makeover on new programme Celebrity 100% Hotter.

She and horse racing pundit John McCririck are the latest stars to be treated to complete image overhauls on new Channel 5 show Celebrity 100% Hotter.

While Jemma was delighted with her new understated look, pundit John was a little less reluctant to be made over by the show's super stylists.

He said they couldn't touch his hair or bushy side burns, but "he's happy to get naked."

On the other hand, reality star and pap regular Jemma Lucy was happy to be transformed by the team of styists, who said they were on a mission to transform the heavily tattooed 28-year-old from, "tramp to lady".

Known for her raunchy outfits, celeb rivalries and reality star exes, Jemma shot to fame after appearing on Ex On The Beach.

Jemma, who often admits to going knicker-less on a night out, introduced her personal style and said she considers herself classy, "but there are times I can be complete trash as well."

The star admitted that she gets trolled and called a "s***" on social media sites and said her bold look affects her relationship with her family, particularly with her old fashioned mum who rejected her because of the way she looks.

Her "fashion rules" are that you either have your boobs, stomach or legs out, but "not all three together."

Although she admitted she has broken those rules a few times.

She says she needs to "tone down" her look as her career progresses and hopes for help with dressing more sophistication.

Stylist Karen Williams admitted that "putting some knickers on would be a good start," for the star.

The public gave her a 4/10 for her dress sense and branded her look "trashy"and "looking for attention."

But the style team soon had their way with the star and she emerged from their makeover wearing a stunning red laser cut Bardot prom dress that fell past her knees, a leather jacket and plain black heels.

Her newly dark hair was pinned back by stylist Daniel K Palmer and make-up artist Melissa Sophia toned down Jemma's usual over-the-top make up to a simple 50s style.

Despite probably being a little more "trampy" than most people's style, Jemma said she loved her new style as it still showed off her tattoos and curves, but looked more understated than her usual flash-the-flesh style.

The star was happy to still be flashing her boobs too.

She said: "I'm like a pinup doll, I can't believe that's me, I would never ever have picked this.

"I would prefer to go out like this than I normally do because it's more of a statement."

And the public seemed to love Jemma's new look too; her average rating was now a 9/10 and some people said she now looks "classy".

John McCririck was also made over by the team of stylists, but the 78-year-old was less accepting of change.

The racing commentator, who is known for his outlandish outfits, admitted he "is stuck in his ways," and said his look is due to the fact he can't stand conformity.

He admitted he'd like to change his look, maintaining his stand out ways but to be more convenient and practical.

The public branded him an average of 3/10 on his usual outfits, but when shown a plain white polo top by one of the stylists, John was less than impressed.

He'd never heard of moisturiser and refused to let the Daniel near his hair or famous sideburns.

Eventually, John emerged in a white linen jacket, nude trousers and a white trilby sunhat - and his hair and sideburns tied back.

He admitted the team had, "done the best they could," and added that he didn't mind his new relaxed look.

The public did like the new style though; giving John a new 9/10.

One woman even said the star looked, ";potentially date-able."

Jemma Lucy recently hinted that she might be headed onto the next series of Love Island and shared a night out and kiss with ex-Love Island contestant Sophie Gradon.

Celebrity 100% Hotter airs on Tuesday at 10pm on Channel 5.
