Ivanka Trump shares adorable bedtime photo of son Theodore in his cot at the family’s Washington DC home

THEY’VE spent less than a week in their swanky new digs.

But it seems Ivanka Trump, her husband Jared Kushner and their three young children are well and truly settled into their Washington DC home.

The eldest daughter of Donald Trump, 35, shared a photograph of her youngest son Theodore inside his minimalist new nursery on Tuesday evening.

Businesswoman Ivanka posted the sweet image, which shows the ten-month-old beaming at the camera, on Instagram with the caption: “Goodnight!”

Little Theodore is dressed in baby blue and cream pyjamas and can be seen leaning on a white pillow that is monogrammed with his initials, TJK.

Two cashmere throws are folded over the side of the white wooden cot and two charcoal grey paper mobiles hang above the crib.

While her father is famous for his outlandish interior design tastes, Ivanka clearly prefers a more minimalist look.

The child’s room features a grey velvet sofa and is decorated with white wallpaper, which is adorned with simple decorations of boats.

Ivanka is also mother to daughter Arabella Rose, five, and three-year-old son Joseph Frederick.

Earlier this week, Jared Kushner was sworn in as a presidential adviser alongside senior cabinet members.

Jared, 36, who will not be paid for his advisory role, stood alongside other central figures, including Steve Bannon and Kellyanne Conway, during the ceremony in the East room of the White House on Monday afternoon.

Controversially his younger brother Joshua attended the ceremony - just a day after he was spotted at the anti-Trump Washington DC Women’s March on Saturday.

He said he had been “observing” and not taking part, it’s reported.

Joshua, 31, posed for a picture with his brother in front of a portrait of John F Kennedy and shared it on Instagram, and tagged them in at the White House.

The US Department of Justice ruled on Friday that Jared, who married Ivanka in 2009, could be hired as one of Trump’s advisers.

The department’s Office of Legal Counsel said the president has special hiring authority that exempts White House positions from laws barring the President from naming a relative to lead a federal agency.

He joined 29 other members of Trump’s most senior White House staff as they were appointed at the new President's first official swearing-in ceremony.

On Monday, Ivanka was photographed leaving her home and getting into a waiting SUV with her head shielded from the cameras by a giant umbrella.

She was joined by her Secret Service detail and son Joseph, who joined her for lunch at the Open City coffee shop in Woodley Park.
