As 55 per cent of Brits prepare to hit the gym, we reveal top celeb fitness trends for 2017 and test hand creams on the high street

WELLNESS is going to be a big priority  for  83 per cent of Brits this year, according to Fitbit.

And 55 per cent of us plan to start exercising more in 2017.

With this in mind, this week I take a look at some of the top fitness trends sweeping the country and test out  hand creams that will see you through the cold snap.



Jumping

Jump for joy . . . trampolining is one of the top fitness trends for 2017

Gwyneth Paltrow and Miranda Kerr are big fans of trampolining, which is expected to be  a fitness hit this year.

Research shows it burns about the same number of calories as running.

I tried a mini trampoline and followed a DVD, which really worked my core. It cost around £100.
