Free hot drink every day from KFC via its new app – and you don’t need to spend a penny

IS the daily grind getting you down? KFC is giving away a free cup of coffee, tea or hot chocolate every day for the next couple of weeks.

You don’t even need to buy any food to get the freebie which is running until Sunday. February 26.

All you need to do is download the free KFC Colonel’s Club app which will give you a barcode for the cashier to scan, according to .

The offer if running in most UK KFC branches - about 700 around the UK. Find your nearest branch using the KFC website.

The bad news is that a number of branches don’t open until mid-morning so you won’t be able to get a pre-work caffeine fix.

The deal includes any regular-sized hot drink (usually costs between £1.49 and £1.75), except for Espresso, Caramel or Vanilla latte.

You can also get a free KFC side with the Colonol Club app without spending any money.

You’ll only be able to get this offer once and you can’t claim it on the same day as a hot drink.

The new loyalty app allows eaters to collect stamps that will add up to other freebies.
