Darrell Hamilton whisked his girlfriend off on a breath-taking ride on a plane, which offered stunning views of the Californian landscape.
The charming chap had covered everything, from specially selecting a ring, to leaving a sign for his bride-to-be on the ground.
But as Darrell and the pilot looked for the message they’d left down below, the adorable moment took a nauseating turn.
Just as Darrell reached into his pocket to present the ring, his travel sickness got the better of him.
The hopeless romantic doubled over and started PUKING in the small air carriage.
But it must be true love – as his blushing bride stroked his back reassuringly after agreeing to marry him
Thankfully, Darrell saw the funny side and decided to upload the amusing footage online.
He captioned the YouTube video: “I just thought I’d share a priceless memory from the day my girlfriend and I got engaged.
“But I ended up throwing up immediately after giving her the ring.”
Since the clip was uploaded last month, it’s been watched over 41,000 times.
