Hilariously unfortunate photos reveal the exact moment people knew their holidays had gone wrong

THESE are the hilarious photos which show the exact moments when holidaygoers realised that their trips were doomed.

Whilst no family holiday is complete without a bit of drama, these are the photos which take that rule to the extreme.

In some of the unfortunate shots, the animal kingdom has stepped in to ruin an otherwise-rosy time, with one photo depicting a family of frogs who had taken up residence in a toilet.

Another shot shows a man emerging from the sea with a huge octopus stuck to his back, whilst a truly terrifying shot features an enormous spider lurking in the corner of a hotel room.

And as if that isn't enough, an elephant can be seen straddling an unfortunate tourist's car in another hilarious photo.

In other shots from holidays best forgotten, a man smiles unwittingly as a lemur uses his cap as a makeshift urinal.

And in one photo, which is enough to put you off camping forever, a group can be seen pushing a trolly through a truly deluged field of tents.

And things took a dangerous turn for one traveller when they were pictured stood beside their truck which had nearly plummeted from a narrow Bolivian road.

The photos, uploaded by unfortunate tourists to Imgur, highlight the many ways in which holidays can go very wrong, very quickly.
