Controversial YouTuber Tana Mongeau claims she got ARRESTED at Coachella but no one can work out why
The 18-year-old says she was papped being marched off in cuffs
TANA Mongeau is never far away from drama.
The American vlogger doesn’t shy away from controversial topics - with her YouTube channel packed full of racy videos and sexually explicit content.
But this time Tana has gone a step further, getting ARRESTED at Coachella.
There is a lot of mystery surrounding the events however, as the 18-year-old YouTube star is yet to explain why she was arrested.
Tana, who has now changed her Twitter name to “coachella jail”, posted the message on social media without offering any additional information as to what caused the arrest.
She wrote: “I just got arrested, detained and cited a ticket at Coachella for something I didn't do. Paparazzi took my pics in handcuffs. Stay tuned.”
The vivacious vlogger’s story was confirmed by a number of her friends and fans' subsequent Twitter messages.
Fellow YouTuber Trevor Moran tweeted: “ONE OF MY FRIENDS JUST GOT ARRESTED IM SHOOK.”
While YouTuber Ricky Dillon mysteriously added: “Tonight is like one dramatic episode of a crazy reality show literally where are the cameras.”
A fan also tweeted Tana, saying: “I met you right before you got arrested.”
There is very little information about the arrest, although Tana has hinted at a video explanation that we’re sure will drop soon.
In the meantime, The Sun Online has put the feelers out to see if we can track down the elusive paparazzi pictures Tana tweeted about.
We can confirm that if and when the mugshot comes out you can expect a Vogue-worthy performance from the brazen blogger.
She later tweeted: “I MEAN AT LEAST i have lipstick nick brows in my mugshot.”
