Social media star Constance Hall calls on parents to share their ‘worst shag’ stories – to comfort each other about their bad sex lives
The Aussie mum-of-four also talks wearing nappies, overcoming her body issues and what really makes a 'coping mum'
SOCIAL media star Constance Hall has taken the idea of "perfect parenting" and turned it on its head.
The straight-talking, no-nonsense Australian mum-of-four has won over a million Facebook followers with her brutally honest insights into motherhood.
Take one of her latest viral snaps, for example: A bathroom selfie wearing nothing but a bra and a nappy. Yes, a nappy.
"That's the second time I've had to wear a nappy in the last year," , explaining how the first time was a last-ditch attempt to convince her daughter of bed-wetting age to wear one. The second time she mistook them for sanitary pads and didn't realise until she came on in the middle of the night.
It's frank admissions like this (for more, check out the candid sex advice she has for her sons) that have made Constance a hit with parents worldwide, and she has plenty more observations to share.
Namely, why everyone should be sharing their stories of bad parent sex.
She explains: "I think a lot of couples put so much pressure on themselves to have this amazing sex life.
"A lot of people, especially men (I hate to be sexist but...) men think all their friends are having these amazing sex lives, so when I wrote about 'The World's Worst Shag', everybody was tagging their husband in it and going: 'See, it's not just us!'
"If we're not talking about it you just think that, behind closed doors, these handsome men are coming home from work, and making dinner, and banging their wives, and all the babies are sleeping all night. It's pretty depressing to compare your life to that."
