THE Gogglesprogs kids have given their “expert” dating advice in a hilarious clip shared online.

From taking a girl to McDonald’s on a date, to bringing them flowers, the kids certainly don’t beat around the bush when it comes to sharing their views on the world of romance.

When discussing what a bloke needs to have to win someone over, one of the boys bluntly replies “money”, as one of the others adds: “Of course”.

One of the other lads reckons a killer combination in the dating world would be: “A good personality, money, a good car.”

Before adding: “Don’t look trampy.”

One of the little girls takes a more tactical approach to dating.

She says: “Just try and date someone who’s like you because you’ll have a good chance of a second date.

“If you’re different you’ll be arguing all the time and you’ll be complaining.”

Another of the girls said: “If I did ever go on a date then I would take them to a fancy restaurant.”

But some of the boys had slightly less expensive ideas for a first date, adding: “I would take them to McDonald’s” – to which his brother replied: “You flipping cheapskate!”

And it seems the little girls knew exactly what they wanted when it came to being wooed.

One girl said: “He needs to bring me flowers”, before her brother interrupted her, adding: “It’s not all about the man being kind to the woman.

“That’s not all it’s about.

“I think all a good relationship needs is love. Just pure love and loving someone for who they are – not because of money, or because of treats, or presents, or flowers.”

Another girl simply reckoned: “You can’t be boring if you’re going to be in a relationship.”

Fair enough.

Gogglesprogs is on Channel 4, Friday at 8pm.
