A WOMAN who hated her large breasts but wanted a perky lift was devastated when she was left with breasts that looked like “fallen souffles”.

Sarah Willis, 33, from Texas said she was shocked when the implants rose higher and higher on her chest and even left her arm in either shooting pain or feeling numb.

Speaking of her breasts as a tomboy teen, she said: “They were really big and really annoying and I hated bras. Because of my breasts my back would kill by the end of the day.

“I didn’t want them to be as big. I just wanted them to be perky. The doctor gave me one option that would be a good option for me, which is a Benelli lift.”

However, after the surgery, Sarah was shocked when her boobs not only looked even bigger than before, but that the implants she got sat really high on her chest and failed to sink.

She said: “It was like they were rising higher and higher”.

After seeking out medical help, she was turned away from ten different clinics, so decided to enlist the help doctors Dr. Terry Dubrow and Dr. Paul Nassif on , and called it her “last hope.”

Seeing pictures of Sarah’s case, Dr Dubrow looked shocked and said: “These are very severely significantly scarred up breasts. Look where the implants are located.

“Sarah went in to get her breasts made smaller and the doctor gave her implants.

“It really speaks to the fact that breast implant surgery is a big business for a lot of doctors and a breast augmentation is a lot easier to do than a breast reduction.

“She’s both botched on the inside and the outside, this is a very difficult problem.”

Telling Sarah that “this is a scary case”, Dr Dubrow explained that her breast is full of scar tissue and she has dilated areolas and severe droopiness.

“This is hard surgery, as hard as it comes,” he revealed.

He recommended removing the implants completely and giving her a lift using her natural breast tissue.

After the surgery Sarah was thrilled the results and thanked Dr Dubrow for his hard work.

Smiling, she gushed: “Just even looking down is amazing to me. They aren’t up in my collar bone anymore.”
