NO ONE NOSE MY PAIN

Depressed ‘Human Ken Doll’ Rodrigo Alves jets to Dubai for his TENTH nose job… months after surgeons warned his nose could FALL OFF

Rodrigo Alves claims anxiety about not being able to breathe has caused him to binge eat and gain three stone - and he needs to take action

MOST people celebrate their birthday with a trip to Pizza Express or a night down the pub... the Human Ken Doll is treating himself to £35,000 of plastic surgery in Dubai.

Brazilian-born Rodrigo Alves, 33, will today fly off to the Arab nation for his TENTH nose job - after revealing he has recently piled on the pounds due to being depressed about his current nasal situation.

Speaking to The Sun Online, Rodrigo explained: "I have been suffering from terrible anxiety because I can’t breath or sleep very well due to the fact that my current nose is rife with problems.

"I have gained 3 stones in the past 11 months simply because I have been suppressing my anxiety by eating and eating and eating.

"I'm not depressed due to the current shape of my nose, I'm more depressed and anxious because I can't breath and sleep well and it's led me to gaining so much weight.

"All of my outfits are far too tight and most of them don't even fit me anymore.

"The ones that I can still squeeze in to aren't comfy, and my bum keeps splitting trousers at the seams.

"I was not born this way I made my self this way with the help of more then 50 plastic surgeries I have had my entire body sculpted with with all sorts of laser lipo and fat freezing and melting treatments.

"My main priority right now is to fix my breathing so then I can breath well again and not sound like I have a permanent cold.

"Once I've fixed that issue, I will get to work on my diet and exercising so I can get my tiny and muscular figure back."

Earlier this year Rodrigo appeared on an episode of E! series Botched, where surgeons told him that his nasal membranes could turn black and cause his nose to ROT OFF if he had another operation.

He pleaded with the doctors for help with breathing issues caused by having three rhinoplasties in less than 15 months.

Speaking to Drs. Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow, the Brazilian native explains how he can’t breathe properly after the back-to-back surgeries have badly damaged his skin tissues.

Dr Nassif told him: “This is one of the worst results and complications that I've seen in my entire career.”

The medical professional then shockingly revealed that one more surgery could see his nose die and fall off completely.

Dr Nassif explains: “The issue is what we call the soft tissue envelope—that's the skin. Having three surgeries in a period of 12 to 15 months has destroyed this tissue. The skin's no good.

“You have no airway inside your nose. And it's short. So this is all scarred together. And now, since you just had surgery three months ago, it's going to scar even more. It's in a healing phase.

“'If you try to insult your skin one more time now while it's healing, there's a high possibility your nose will turn black and then die and fall off.”

However, the Human Ken Doll is unperturbed, and has hunted down a doctor who is sure he can give him the "dolly nose" of his dreams.

He said: "To celebrate my birthday I have gifted myself with £35,000 of plastic surgery in Dubai - including my tenth nose job.

"I have done vast amounts of research to find the right plastic surgeon who can fix my breathing plus give me a fantasy dolly looking nose that none of my other surgeons have managed."

Rodrigo's breathing and face is now in the hands of Dr. Farshid Mahboubirad, who he claims "performs seven nose jobs a day from Monday to Friday making him very experienced in his field."

He explained: "Dr. Farshid is a very highly skilled surgeon and he has promised that he will deliver what I want.

"His Instagram page is full of happy customers - you will be amazed to see what he can do.

"Most of the the doctors in the USA - including Dr Nassif from Botched - didn't feel confident to perform any surgery on my nose due to the complications that I have had.

"He would have also charged me £27,000 for the procedure.

"Dr Farshid is my only solution at the moment. He does about 30 noses per week and people travel from around the world to see him.

"He isn't a conventional plastic surgeon because he doesn't follow text book, but after speaking to him for six months, I am sure he can help me give me the nose of my dreams.

"Having said that he is the only doctor who has agreed to do my nose all other surgeons have turned me down."

Rodrigo will also be having new 'triangular' chin implants, and plans to recover from his bumper haul of surgery with a two-week stay in a 7-star Dubai hotel.

The fun-loving Brazilian - who was pictured snogging Danniella Westbrook earlier this year - has spent £400k on his quest for the body beautiful.

What is a 'dolly nose'?

DOLLY and fantasy noses are popular nose shapes amongst Middle Eastern and Russian women, and some men.

The nose is turned up at the end like a cartoon character or doll, and is often accompanied with heavily pumped lips giving an extreme pout.

The intention is to give the person's face a dainty and delicate profile, but the extreme shortening of the nose can cause breathing problems.

Plastic surgery forums are filled with horror stories from people who have woken up to find that 'too much' of their nose has been hacked off - and now there isn't enough cartiledge or bone left for another surgeon to give them the nose they dreamed of.
