Liz posted the clip to her YouTube channel and jokes to the camera how great the nappies can be for adults too.

At the start she says: “Some people were concerned as to why my son was still wearing diapers at three-and-a-half, so I thought I'd show you why wearing diapers is friggin’ awesome.”

One of the clips in the video shows the mum on a bed with a laptop, where she jokingly says she's been able to watch Netflix for five days, without having to move – all thanks to wearing a nappy.

Later, she moves to the car and says: “Going on a road trip and don't want to take any stops - you don't have to worry about that!”

Further scenes show Liz doing yoga wearing the nappy so that she can “avoid any accidents”.

The video ends with both Liz and her kids dancing around together while the mum is still modelling the nappy.

According to the NHS, children can start to be potty trained at around 18 months - but it can take some kids longer than this to get the hang of the process.

As such, it is not uncommon for three-year-olds to still be wearing nappies.

The cheeky clip has proven popular with mums across the web across the channel, with more than 3,000 of those views attributed to this video.

Liz uploads new clips to her channel every Monday, where she shares humorous videos about the motherhood challenges she faces.
