The “Liquor N Poker Denim Skirt over Jeans with Pearl Detail” garment costs £42 and is available from ASOS in a midwash blue colour.

According to , the unusual garment is not only designed to stand out with its frayed-eyed detail, but also to be practical, as it comes with pockets.

Liquor N Poker is described on the website as being “not afraid to take a risk” which is hardly surprising given this garment.

On ASOS the model has paired the eye-popping skirt jeans combo with a denim jacket, so you can go triple denim if you are brave enough.

It isn't the only unusual outfit choice to be causing a stir.

If the thought of wearing jeans in the heat of summer is unbearable, a recent bizarre item may just be the solution - if you have the confidence to pull it off.
