Is Argos now open?
Following guidelines in England, Wales and Northern Ireland, Argos has opened some stores in these areas for the collection of pre-paid online orders.
Argos will continue to open more stores over the coming weeks.

Argos stores in Sainsbury’s supermarkets are also open for the collection of pre-paid online orders.

But Argos says it “strongly advised” customers to order items online for home delivery, or to collect while doing essential food shopping at Sainsbury’s, rather than to order when you get to the store.
Argos has also extended its returns policy, meaning any purchases made from March 1 can be returned up to 30 days after its standalone stores reopen. It is accepting returns to its concession outlets in Sainsbury's stores.
In line with its usual policy, these products will need to be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.

Will I get a refund on cancelled orders?
Orders placed for collection to Argos back in March were cancelled.
If you'd already paid Argos says it will automatically issue a refund, which should have appeared in your account within seven working days.
Argos has also temporarily removed its installation and recycling services.
It says it will contact those who had an installation booked, but adds that it can still deliver your order and issue a refund for the installation charge.
