B&Q's website is still open for home deliveries and for click and collect orders.
Home delivery costs from £5 or it's free on orders over £50.
Click and collect is free and is usually a next-day service but currently B&Q warns to expect delays of "several days".
It adds that you shouldn't travel to stores until you're notified your order is ready.
Once in store you can pick up your item from the designated collection point you'll need a copy of the order confirmation, as well as ID for whoever purchased the item.
Before B&Q stores reopened customers queued for more than an hour to get onto its DIY.com website.
