Morrisons May bank holiday opening times – here’s what time stores open on Monday

Today is the second bank holiday in May, following the early bank holiday on Friday May, 8.

It is the last of spring and we won't have another until December.

Morrisons shops are open although opening hours have already changed slightly because of the coronavirus pandemic.

Opening and closing times may vary depending on which branch you are visiting so to see the details of your local shop.

Morrisons opening hours for the late May bank holiday weekend

Today is a bank holiday but shops will open as usual.

Opening times will be 7am and shops will close at 8pm, instead of the usual closing time of 10pm.

If you don't want to visit a Morrisons shop, you might be able to order groceries online via the Amazon Prime Now app.

Morrisons is now selling a bumper meat box for the long weekend for £8, and a box of 135 pieces of fruit and veg for £22.

It has also launched four new liqueurs including raspberry ripple and strawberries and cream.

The cost of some items, including beans and baby food, have risen in the past month.
