Pizza Express to reopen 118 out of 370 restaurants on April 12 – see the full list
PIZZA Express is to reopen 118 of its 370 restaurants from April 12 when lockdown restrictions ease.
The pizza chain is reopening sites with outdoor dining facilities in England to coincide with the roadmap out of lockdown.
Customers will only be able to eat outside when sites reopen, with inside dining not allowed again until mid-May at the earliest.
The restaurants being reopened by Pizza Express are all in England - the chain is yet to confirm when its branches in Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland will welcome back customers.
Each devolved country is running a separate plan to ease lockdown restrictions.
Boris Johnson's plan for reopening businesses will see restaurants and pubs serve customers again outside from April 12 in England.

We've asked Pizza Express if any restaurants in England will remain shut, or if the 118 accounts for all their English branches.
The Sun is also checking if it'll have a reduced menu in place, and if you're able to book a table now.
Pizza Express restaurants are currently closed for dine-in customers in England, but you can order food for home delivery or click and collect.
Back in January this year, the pizza chain had warned its future is "in doubt" as the businesses reported a £350million loss even before coronavirus affected businesses.
In October, it announced it will axe around 1,300 jobs across the UK.
The job losses were on top of the 1,100 that are already at risk after the chain announced in September that it would be closing 73 restaurants.
The hospitality industry has been hard-hit by coronavirus as a whole, with businesses force to close for large parts of 2020 to help stop the spread of Covid-19.
Zoe Bowley, managing director at Pizza Express said: “We’ve really missed buzz and bustle and seeing our customers enjoying their favourite pizza.
“Whether you book or simply walk-in, our teams will be happily serving our delicious range of pizzas in our gardens and terraces.
“Of course, we’re set to reopen all of our restaurants in England in May for both indoor and outdoor dining.”
