Shopper bags HUGE food haul including six packets of cheese for just £3 from Morrisons using app
A SAVVY shopper has bagged a huge food haul including six packets of cheese from Morrisons for just over £3 using a food waste app.
The shopper said he used the Too Good To Go app to get his knock-off grub, which also included packets of apples, oranges, tomatoes, green beans and cabbage.
Through the Too Good To Go app, shoppers can get boxes filled with grub about to go off from Morrisons for just £3.09 a box.
The shop bundles all of its yellow sticker food items for the day into a box and sends it out to customers for rock bottom prices.
However, you don’t know what you’re going to get in your box of goodies.
But bargain hunters have been known to get up to £35 worth of items in their mystery packages.
One impressed shopper said “Look at all that cheese”, while another said the haul was “fab”.
You can also use the Too Good To Go app to get treats for less at other shops too.
One shopper shared how she got £11.45 worth of treats from Greggs for just £2.59 using the app.

There are other food waste apps you can use too to bag food for less.
The Olio app lets customer bag food nearing its expiry date for FREE from Tesco.
Biscuits, bread and fresh produce that is approaching its expiry date will be picked up from stores by one of Olio's 8,000 volunteers who will then distribute it in their local communities.
The volunteers get to keep 10% of what they pick up from the store, but the rest is uploaded onto the app for the local community to bag.
