IT'S only August but Christmas is already on the minds of many - including Asda shoppers.
The supermarket is selling the tubs of chocolates including Celebrations, Heroes and Quality Streets.
The tubs - a festive season staple - are on offer at Asda priced at two for £7.
That means they work out at £3.50 each each which is among the lowest price you'll usually find for these sweet treats before the big day.
The offer was spotted by an eagle-eyed shopper and shared on the .
The deal applies to 650g tubs of Celebrations and Quality Streets, and to 600g tubs of Heroes and Roses.
Celebrations contain mini versions of Mars chocolates along with Snickers, Bounty and Galaxy snacks.
Hereos have small Cadbury faves including Dairy Milk, Dairy Milk Caramel, Twirl, Wispa, Eclair, Fudge and Creme Egg Twisted.
Haribo Share the Happy and Swizzles Sweetshop area also part of the deal and come in tubs of 660g and 750g.
Asda told The Sun the deal is available in store and online, but is subject to availability and only while stocks last.
A single tub of Celebrations is listed on the Asda website as costing £4 when not part of the deal.
Asda had the same two for £7 deal around the same time last year but, then in November 2020 offered them as two for £6.
There's no guarantee that they will offer the cheaper deal again this year though.
It's not the only supermarket that does deals on the Xmas must-have either.
This time last year Tesco was selling the tins for £4 each, down from the normal price of £5.
Tesco is currently selling the same size tubs of Quality Streets, Heroes and Roses for £4 each.
Morrisons is selling the same size tub of Celebrations and Heroes for £3.99 each, while Roses and Quality Streets are priced at £5.
