Hungry diners have six weeks to bag the treats in line with other limited edition items.

The Christmas menu specials will therefore be taken off the menu on January 3, 2023.

It's a twist on the iconic Maccies Big Mac with its triple-layered bun, two chicken patties, a slice of cheese, lettuce, pickles - and of course the Big Mac sauce.

Plus, there's the never-before-seen Big and Cheesy burger, plus the Big and Cheesy with bacon.

The new Big and Cheesy burger is made up of a large 100% beef patty, two slices of cheese, red onions, and crispy onions.

It's all topped in a cheese sauce and sandwiched between a toasted flour-dusted bun.

Next, you've got the Cheese Melt Dippers returning again this festive season.

They are made up of breaded camembert bites and served with a tangy tomato dip.

There are two new Galaxy McFlurrys as well, one swirled with chocolate sauce and one with caramel, and both are topped with Galaxy stars.

Both cost £1.49 for a mini-size and £1.99 for a regular.

Fans of the axed Chocolate Pie and the soon-to-be axed Toffee Apple Pie will no doubt be excited to give the new Galaxy Caramel Pie a try.

It's a Galaxy-flavoured caramel sauce encased in a crispy chocolate pastry and costs £1.99.

How do I find my nearest McDonald's?

If you're planning on taking a trip to McDonald's, you'll want to know where your nearest branch is.

The chain has a restaurant locator tool on its website you can use to find your nearest one - and check what time it opens.

Bear in mind that McDonald's serves breakfast every day until 11am.

After that, the menu switches to the normal menu serving meals such as burgers, chicken nuggets and more.

Is the McDonald's Christmas menu available during breakfast hours?

McDonald's breakfast is not affected by the Christmas menu.

So you'll have to wait till 11am to buy non-breakfast menu items.

It used to switch to the lunchtime menu half an hour earlier - at 10.30am, but bosses added an extra 30 minutes to the breakfast range in 2019.

Restaurants open 24 hours a day start serving breakfast from 5am.

Every other restaurant kicks off the day with the breakfast menu at their normal opening times.

Meanwhile, Greggs has unveiled its highly anticipated festive menu too.

Plus, Wetherspoons has revealed its full Christmas menu and there's a host of fan favourites returning to menus.
