Domino’s to hire 8,000 drivers to deliver pizzas over Christmas
DOMINO'S is planning to hire thousands of new drivers to keep up with pizza delivery orders over Christmas.
The fast food chain wants to recruit 8,000 new workers to meet the expected boom in demand during the festive season.
Domino's said the jobs have flexible hours, with evening and weekend work available, will include training - and the majority are permanent roles.
You don't need previous delivery experience to apply and there is room for job progression - 90% of Domino's store managers started out as drivers or cooks.
Nicola Frampton, operations director, for Domino’s Pizza Group adds: “While 2021 has been a busy year for us so far, we still have our busiest period just around the corner.
"Our delivery drivers are vital to the service we provide our customers and the success of our business, so we’re really keen to hear from those wanting to join the Domino’s team.
"With the majority of vacancies currently available being permanent, this is a great time to join.
"There are roles to suit everyone; whether you’re looking for a few extra hours or a completely new career path."
