Britain’s most expensive studio flat up for sale for whopping £1.85million – but there’s a key feature missing
BRITAIN’S most expensive studio flat on record has gone on the market for £1.85million.
The ground-floor home is just 552sq ft, meaning it will cost the buyer £3,351 a sq ft — and is so small it does not even have space for a bath.
The owner will have access to a 20-metre swimming pool, gym, heath spa and a business suite in the complex.
The flat is close to Hyde Park in Knightsbridge, central London.

The most expensive studio flat previously on sale is understood to have gone on the market for £1.175million in 2016.
At 510sq ft — and also in Knightsbridge — that was smaller but still came in at £1,000 less per sq ft.
The UK’s average home costs £282 a sq ft.
The figure rises to £562 a sq ft in London.
