Stunning five-bed Edwardian home to be snapped up for just £200,000 – but wait until you see inside
A FIVE-bed house is open to offers from £200,000 – but it’s falling apart.
Panic-inducing photos reveal the crumbling Edwardian pad in Ayrshire, Scotland, is an uninhabitable tip.
There are huge mounds of junk piled up high and everywhere is covered in bric-a-brac, old furniture and building materials.
The wallpaper is peeling off and there is a massive, rotten hole in one ceiling.
There are still paintings on the walls and the current or previous owner’s possessions are strewn around the place.
Would-be buyer Fraser Morton joked the cleaning the home will be light work.

The pad will go under the hammer for bids starting at £200,000 in an online auction next Wednesday.
It is being sold by Towns and Country Property Auctions and advertised on Rightmove.
The listing said: “This period property needs a full refurbishment and would be a fantastic project for an experienced developer.
