2-bed apartment in busy London street up for sale for £120k – but you better be prepared for the inside
A TWO-bed maisonette going for £120,000 on a busy London street has a dirty secret.
The home is covered in muck, rubbish and clutter throughout all its rooms, corridors and staircase.
Estate agents McHugh & Co said the property required modernisation on its RightMove listing.
The front door at the property in Haringey, North London, is covered with a pile of unopened letters while the hallway is filled with dirt and rubbish.
Clutter including a spade, broken bedposts, a dirty mirror and a wooden box has been pushed against the wall.
One room has an old sofa covered in cardboard boxed, while more boxes, rubbish and bags is strewn over the floor.
