Zillow's automated estimate predicts the agreed sale price is likely to be around £471,400 (£375,000), more than 10 per cent over the list price.
Redditors said it was a sign of the spiralling property market in the area.
One said: “'It’s not that bad', I think to myself scrolling through and realizing each photo gets worse."
Another said: "One of the worst properties on the market and it’s going for 429k… wow."
One local resident said they had bought a much bigger house nearby three years ago for the same price.
They added: "I thought we overpaid at the time, but then I see s**t like this. I don't know how people are supposed to buy a house."
