HOUSE OF HORRORS

Estate agent writes brutally honest listing for £340,000 home calling it ‘one of the worst properties on the market’

AN estate agent called a house a "total disaster" and "one of the worst properties on the market" in a brutally honest listing.

But it does not seem to have put off buyers as the £340,000 three-bed home is already under offer.

And despite the messy state of the house, viewers reckoned it would have gone for well over the asking price in the "crazy" market.

The house is in Denver, Colorado, and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms over 1,300 sq ft.

Pictures show piles of junk filling the yard and in almost every room.

The agent's listing warns: "This house is a total disaster!

"Sold 'as is' including all the 'stuff' on the property.

"A great garage however. You need to bring your imagination.

"One of the worst properties on the market."
