Average-looking home on the market for £349,000 – but can you spot the hilarious blunder in the advert?
ESTATE agents have listed this ordinary looking home for £349,000 with the hope of scoring a quick sale.
But they failed to notice a hilarious blunder in their advert which is likely to leave viewers in stiches.
The property in Richmond, Virginia, only hit the market last week as snaps showed the home’s interior.
However, the cameraman decided to include a pic of one of the building’s bedrooms that appeared to be occupied.
Showing an individual snuggled up asleep under the duvet covers – it quickly became apparent that one of the occupants had failed to get up in time for the house viewing.
Adding further proof to that fact was the state of the pictured property – which appeared to be bare and unkept.

Images of the living room showed food packaging and takeaway cups strewn across the sofa.
Meanwhile, the floor of one of the bedrooms appeared cluttered with several backpacks and water bottles.
Yet, with a £349,000 price tag, property agent Zillow reckons the three bedroom home could be the perfect investment for student housing.
It’s description reads: “Whether buying as an investment or as student housing for one's own son or daughter, this property is an ideal investment with a captive audience of high quality tenants.

It comes after a home in Wisconsin, hit the market for just £164,964 and was described as a “dream home”.
But one house hunter quickly raised concerns that the property may be haunted after spotting two extremely creepy dolls laid on the bed.
Pictures showed the large toys, which appear to be of an old man and an old woman, dressed in old-fashioned clothes.
Unsurprisingly, many users were put off by their presence - comparing it to a scene from a horror movie.
